Part Time Secretary/Aftercare Specialist. The main purpose of this position is to follow up with our families after their funeral to make sure they were happy with the services we performed. You will also be delivering to them a family in transition packet that includes a brief survey and various documents to help them through their grief. You would also be required to discuss with them the benefits of pre-planning funerals. This job would also require you to perform normal Secretarial duties in our office every other Saturday and some Mondays.
